Our history
With over 20 years of experience in SME investing, +500 SME investments and 1000 technical assistance interventions in frontier and emerging market SMEs, SEAF is intimately aware of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the management of their businesses.
SEAF (Small Enterprise Assistance Fund) was dedicated to promoting the CEED model in the world. After having helped with the launching of the CEED in Eastern Europe, it turned to Africa. It, then helped to launch the CEED Morocco and then the CEED Tunisia and continues to do its mission in other countries such as Tanzania.
